My practice encompasses a diverse array of sophisticated litigation. From accountant malpractice to zoning, my cases have involved contracts, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, corporate valuations, real estate, commercial paper, mortgages, trusts and estates, bankruptcy, and construction. I have conducted jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. I have written briefs and argued appeals in both the state and federal courts.

I have obtained many trademark registrations for words, slogans, symbols, and designs. My trademark and trade dress litigations have covered such products as cake ornament boxes, decorative hardware, jewelry, men’s neck-wear, cosmetics, and shower curtains.

My research and writing skills, my ability to gather and organize information, coupled with my knowledge of the rules of evidence and the rules of procedure, enable me to represent clients across a spectrum of subjects. Always tenacious, unrelenting when necessary, I am also aware of what litigation can, and cannot, accomplish, and so advise my clients.
